CS371 Ice Breaker Post

 Hi everyone,

My name is Max and I am a third year communication studies student with a minor in Criminology. I enjoy playing hockey with friends, baseball and golfing but only when the whether is nice! I enjoy listening to country music on Spotify including artist such as Morgan Wallen and Luke Combs. One of my favourite country playlist on Spotify is called "Country" and consist of the most popular country songs, artists and album currently. Besides music, I tend to follow Instagram accounts surrounding the world of sports like TSN and Sportsnet. I love these accounts as they provide daily updates within the world of sports which keeps me updated. It acts as a one stop shop for all sports which is why I love it.

I have attached the link to the Spotify playlist along with the Instagram accounts below:

  1. Hey Max,
Great blog post! From what I read, we have a lot in common. Always love seeing other fellow hockey, golf, and country fans. Although Morgan Wallen and Luke Combs are up there as some of the best country artists, I gotta go with Florida Georgia Line as my favorite. I especially love to see how you rely upon TSN and Sportsnet as two of your sports news sources. I follow them on Instagram and have to say they help me stay updated with what's going on in the sporting world.
    Again, great post!

  2. Hey Max,
Just like Liam in the comments, we share a lot of the same interests such as hockey and listening to country music. Morgan Wallen is my favourite country artist as well, I really want to go to his concert if it wasn't a million dollars a ticket. As for your social media following, I too follow sports accounts such as TSN and Sportsnet. They post amazing plays, big turning points in games and other interesting sports videos. Being a Blue Jays fan, I follow them on Instagram and love to scroll through their posts after the game to see the highlights. They provide different angles of each play and I get a closer look at the bench reactions to each play, which I love. This allows for more of a connection for the viewer to the team.
